Officially Licensed USMC HMR(M)-461 Patch

Officially Licensed USMC HMR(M)-461 Patch — Marine Helicopter Transport Squadron (Medium) Embroidered Patch

HMR(M)-461 — medium helicopter transport from the era before HMH-461 Iron Horse.

HMR(M)-461 was the Marine helicopter transport squadron (medium) designation that preceded the current HMH-461 "Iron Horse" heavy helicopter squadron. The "(M)" designation indicated the squadron operated medium transport helicopters — likely the CH-37 Mojave or early CH-46 Sea Knight — before the Marine Corps reorganized into the HMM and HMH squadron structure. This patch preserves the Iron Horse lineage in its medium transport era.

Perfect For:
HMR(M)-461 veterans, Iron Horse lineage enthusiasts, medium helicopter transport era historians, and USMC legacy squadron patch collectors.

HMR(M)-461. Before Iron Horse went heavy.
