The Garlic Twist makes mincing garlic easier than it has ever been--it will even remove the peel! Just put the peeled garlic in the Garlic Twist, and spin the top. You can control mincing for coarse to fine textures. Try it with ginger, olives, onions, herbs and even nuts!
