Our Skin So Soft Dry Oil Spray is a natural oil and can sometimes solidify or become cloudy at lower temperatures. This is a natural reaction to low temperatures.

We recommend leaving the bottle at room temperature for 24 hours or placing it in a bowl of warm water to return the oil to normal.

This will not affect the product in any way.
