This commissioned portrait features Backdraft, an Arabian horse, capturing the breed’s elegance, refined musculature, and spirited personality. Rich oil textures highlight the graceful curves, lustrous coat, and expressive eyes, bringing this noble horse to life against a complementary background.

Every element is carefully crafted to reflect the individual character of the horse and the environment chosen by the client. From subtle coat variations to delicate shading and mane details, each brushstroke enhances the lifelike quality and emotional presence of the portrait.

How Your Portrait Is Created

1. Digital Sketch & Approval — Each commission begins with a hand-painted digital sketch for review and adjustments to composition, lighting, and mood.

2. Final Artwork Creation — Completed in the chosen finish:

   • Digital Painting on Canvas — Professionally printed, ready to hang

   • Hand-Painted Oil on Canvas — Traditional oil painting with rich texture and depth

3. Finishing Touches — Oil paintings receive protective varnish; all canvases include finished edges and hanging hardware. Progress images are shared throughout, and minor refinements can be requested before finalization.
